Changing Scenario information

Where would one change the following, if it's available:
str1861ACampaign2DispName
str1861ACampaign2Description
str1861ACampaign2Duration
str1861ACampaign2Background1
str1861ACampaign2Background2

I'm more interested in inserting my own background information for a mod than changing an existing scenario.

Thanks for any help and assistance.

LocalStrings_ACW.csv

Slightly easier to do in the DB [LocalStrings_ACW.xls spreadsheet], but the csv file is in ACW\Settings
