Abilities Parameters

There are param0 through param18 in the Abilities database......

What do they all do?

{I'm guessing this is a complex matrix, as the definition of a param most likely depends on the Kind in column "D"}

Specific: I'm trying to design a 'Despises Militia" ability, to give malus rather than the bonus of "Militiaman"

if you download the NCP database, the ability file has a lot of comments in yellow cells.
