After the Foreign Entry trigger fired ALL British land units in the UK (bar the home force) were unlocked. As this was the first time I'd got the Foreign Entry trigger to fire as the Confederates I thought no more of it and shipped them across the Atlantic pronto.
However, as the game progressed I recieved numerous entires in the game log indicating that additional British land troops were being made available but on inspection they were not always there! Clicking on the message took the cursor back to the UK but often there were no new troops in sight (the Canadian deployments worked fine).
This appears inconsistent. Possibly new troops are not appearing as intended?
OR
Maybe the mass unlocking after the trigger fired should have been a phased unlocking over time in accordance with the messages recieved in the game log?
