AlterCuSubUnit?

Sat Feb 16, 2008 2:05 am

I've been trying to make a "Nelson Murdered" event for the Kentucky Invasion scenario. Here are some Xls file segments.

I can't get this script to work if there are attached units to Nelson! It seems to work fine if he is a lone leader but not if he has attached units to him. It works to an extent but I still see his icon and name.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Also in a certain thread there is mention of various sub commands I can use with the AlterCuSubUnit command. (Probability, Model, Chg Seniority...etc) I'm not exactly sure how to use the multiple commands? I've tried using the Pipe delimiter in the Xls file but it seems to recognize only the first command.
Again any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

@Gray....Thanks for the help. I did an exhaustive search on the forums and the Xls files for the better part of the week trying to get this to work.
Looks like I will have to wait. I do have the luxury of still having the event in the game though. I can lock Nelson until he is killed. This is a poor workaround but it'll have to do for now.

I'll try to do a test on that today.

It would be more convenient I believe that you send me the whole KY scenario (with update on Nelson)

Death of Sumner

Tue Feb 19, 2008 4:04 pm

Is that possible to make the same type of event about the death of general David Wose Sumner, March 21, 1863, after a fatal hearth attack at his daughter's home ?

:p leure:
