The Latest and probably last update too Vicksburg.

locked 1 division in Vicksburg.
made 2 depots for the union at baton rouge and st joseph.
made baton rouge garrison and locked them.
Made Vicksburg and Port Hudson strategic cities again.

The latest Vicksburg Scenerio.

Changed the NM too 45 for Vicksburg. Now you basically have too control both Port Hudson and Vicksburg for an automatic victory.
