Cost of "prisoner exchange" not shown properly

I just noticed that there seems to be a cost with choosing the prisoner exchange option, more specifically 2 NM and 25 VP. This was unexpected, since other options display such costs in the options text. Any chance of getting it added?

I think it would also be helpfull to know how many prisoners they have to exchange ... for now it only shows how many prisoners you have of theirs. In late 1862 I have about 18,000 Rebs ... I have lost 30,000 troops ... and have killed 90,000 Rebs ... so my thinking is not to exchange and just keep killing them.
