Downloading mods

Wed Aug 15, 2007 3:27 pm

What mods are ready to be downloaded? Primary interested in battle mods. the ones that modify battle results and such.
What happens when new patch comes out? Do I have to install mod again?

Thanks a lot
Forrest said something about killing a Yankee for each of his horses that they shot. In the last days of the war, Forrest had killed 30 of the enemy and had 30 horses shot from under him. In a brief but savage conflict, a Yankee soldier "saw glory for himself" with an opportunity to kill the famous Confederate General... Forrest killed the fellow. Making 31 Yankees personally killed, and 30 horses lost...

He remarked, "I ended the war a horse ahead."

Clovis' Experimental Mod is probably the one you are looking for.

http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?t=5161

It has some statistic changes in divisions appearing, artillery stats, influence changes, VP city mod (which affects AI priorities positively from what I heard), plus has the leader optimization mod attached.

HOWEVER, it has not been updated to 1.06d standards (based on 1.06), so there will probably be conflicts.

Yes, every time you load a new patch you will have to reload an updated mod (based primarily on files that contain ID connection codes).
