Money from Surrender

I am playing the Grand Campain as the French. Russia offered to surrender for 1222 pounds over 1 year. I looked for the money but could not see where/when it was paid.

How does this work. Is it one payment 1 year from now. is it 12 payments of 122?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
