List of National Modifiers

Is there a list of National Modifiers anywhere? When looking at the options, the descriptions in the tooltips are not very helpful.

For example., I cannot tell what the impact is of Preliminary Bombardment, Mixed Order and Flying Batteries Tactics. All the tooltips simply say you get this modifier without explaining what the modifier is.
