Next Patch - All I want for Christmas

Please, I just want to be able to enjoy the game that I bought over the Christmas break. No CTDs, diplomacy that works, treaties that operate as you intended, minor nations that operate as intended, DOW when intended, a patch that uploads properly, a manual that tells me what I can do .....

Forget anything else.

That's all I want for Christmas.

There are still small Ai units wandering around in Grand campaign in neutral teritorry playing as the french. Mostly artillery and supply waggon even with 1.02 beta. This is almost a gamestopper.

This surely shouldn't be the right way. Copying files into beta patches. Please, please, lets get fixes that are tried and tested and work. I signed up as a tester but AGEod closed that period, I think too early. I also purchased the game. In the first capacity I would have been happy to test, but having paid for the game, I expect it to atleast work so far as the basics apply. Crashes, treaties that don't fire etc etc is not a game that works. Sorry, but that is the truth.

Yes, but unfortunately the problems still exist and in some cases, got worse.

Well, looks a bit weird as the patches work ok for most people and the CTD's that remain are usually linked with machines, drivers, admin or AV issues. Our tech expert is on vacation now but we shall focus on that asap. In the meanwhile, can you check if you have similar issues with other Ageod games (if you have some). Also post your dxdiag here too, that may help. Sorry for the incovenience

If the bug can't be reproduced, then you should head to support@slitherine.co.uk as this is probably related to the machine and not the game.

If the bug can be reproduced, we need first you log as many people are not installing properly the beta patch... which is a beta patch so some bugs might remain.
