War Supplies and TAB Question

What is TAB? How does one call up the dialog box?


I'm playing the British and the shipping is constantly bringing in Money, but no war supplies. So as a result I'm just into 1806 and have almost 10,000 money and 50 war supplies. Is there something I should be doing to get more supplies via shipping?

For commerce, this is balanced this way. You mostly gets money, not much else.

I've pressed the TAB key several times and nothing happens. Haven't tried with the new update yet.

You get a small window showing all your allies or satellite minors. Speaking of which. Who are you playing? You might not have any.
