Russian localisation?

When will it be? It's hard to play with foreign language and isn't so interesting to have a lot of historical messages that you can't understand( The game is realy good, but why there is no russian language? Russia plays a big role in the theme of the game..

Russian is not planned as a localization, as we have no specific partner or need now. We don't have the resources, equipment, knowledge or budget to do so, and we usually call for volunteers that wishes to help in the translation (they need to be in Russia and work on a PC with Russion O/S).
