Raiding is not an issue with CW2 as it was in the mother game. The card options provide plenty of annoying challenges that raiding is superfluous.
I actually like how the mobilization options are presented in CW2, right on time. Same with Partial Mobilization. This is now presented first all by itself. No need for house rules.
I so agree with the idea of deciding what is actually a win is needed.
