New Orleans given to me on a plate! (bug)

It is 1862, and I may have been a little slow in captuing New Orleans, but when the Chasseurs d'Afrique spontaneously appeared there and captured it for me, I think that is a little much! The AI had not garrisoned it (or the garrison disappeared) and the AI did not try to recapture it for 3 turns+ (Save available). I haven't seen this bug mentioned on the boards before.

BTW, George Meade is mispelled Goerge.
