Duplicate character in BOR Phyrrus scenario.

Tue Jan 14, 2014 5:35 pm

I have had a very strange phenomenon in this scenario. On the ides of march of the year 277BC Publius Cornelius Rufinus, Dictator, has decided that there´s not enough of his glorious self in Rome and has duplicated himself as a consul! And not only this, but this new clone of him is a point better in defense too!

The senate argues furiously about the legitimacy of this manoeuvre, with partisans of ole Rufinus (both of them) and other patrician families coming to blows and teared togas. Plebeyans pray to jupiter asking for an answer to these omens, now patricians duplicate themselves to torment common people?

If I recall correctly, this is something that can rarely happen and is almost impossible to prevent...

- Publius Cornelius Rufinus will always be consul in 277

- He (although with a (DI) in his name :) ) is the second possible dictator available to the romans. But when and if the second dictator appears is something totally unpredictable
