Where is the 1880 DLC?

It is now past the end of the month, and Paradox has still not given the green light for this greatly wanted DLC.

Paradox. Please get it done. Now. We have waited too long.

I wish Paradox would not act like a big company. But, Paradox is now a big company. I liked them a lot better when they were smaller, and seemed to care more.
