End of 1st turn crash

So I finally get the game to work, complete the tutorial, start the Caeser scenario, move to take Rome, end the turn and get the wonderful "Sorry critical error occured, contact Ageod" message again. So here is the error:

Strange, I never have seen those weird characters in a log before (Dl{! Hi%/ ÿÿÿÿ,....).

Maybe your installation is corrupted ?

Have you tried (again, I know...) to do a full uninstall (deleting all the remaining files and folders) and do a reinstall (not in C:\ProgramFiles), after deactivating your UAC (and, if possible your Antivirus software too) ?

Yes sir I have. The tutorial ran perfectly, then I tried Caeser's campaign, moved to take Rome hit end turn and just when turn 2 was about to begin the crash occured.
