Why would Pocus be playing TOAW?

Possible answers:

1. It's August and therefore France is on holiday, so he can do what he wants.
2. Er, something else

Actually, if PON is 1600 turns you could do WW2 in 1 day turns. Isn't Hearts of Iron basically 1 hour turns?
