How Do I Move Units From Murmansk?

Hi Guys,

I've been playing this game for a couple of days and I just started the Grand Campaign as the Southern Whites.

My problem is how do I move units from the Murmansk box by sea to Russia?

I move the fleet into the upper part of the box but I can't move it out of the box, I can only move it down to a lower box.

What the heck am I doing wrong?


Kindly advise as I would really like to play this game properly.
