problem with taken region

i play japan and take okinawa from it but when i send peace reaquest with demand it okinawa but this country not even respomd ihave enough vp for gain it what shall i do ?
and i have same problem with korea with defrence of no region i can gain peace treaty
please help me

Search through the forums, answered many times before:

1. Okinawa is already part of Japan, so you can't conquer it again.
2. Korea is part of China, so you have to defeat China to take Korea.

I have to disagree:

1. Ryukyu Islands are not a part of Japan. They're a kind of colony in the game.
2. They are annexed by event, later in the game, so no need to conquer them.

Not sure if you can speed up the annexation, because it is already implemented as an event. This game has less freedom as, we can say, Victoria. You can't play conquering the world, for example.
