Posture change

Mon Jun 20, 2011 9:57 am

in the PON manual,

"However, Forces in Passive Posture or those composed entirely of cavalry, Irregulars, and support units may move through enemy territory without switching Posture."

did anyone see in the game if there was no change in posture for this type of unit (cavalery or Irregulars or support units) ?

i have to find your citation to be able to reply...by quoting the previous phrase :
In regions with 5% or less Military Control (enemy territory), a Force will automatically adopt Offensive Posture in an attempt to gain a foothold. However, Forces in Passive Posture or those composed entirely of cavalry, Irregulars, and support units may move through enemy territory without switching Posture.

:)

for example, AACW (the manual says the same thing) but a cavalry unit that comes into enemy territory automatically takes a posture offensive and therefore does not meet the second rule concerning units composed entirely of cavalry :bonk:
I could not see if it was the same with support units or irregular.
=> My question about the same point in PON? :neener:

I can check the issue in PON, if you give me the current turn, backup1 plus where I should check.
