What antivirus and firewall do you use? Avira is good http://www.avira.com/en/for-home (I use Avira Premium Security Suite).
If everybody did good (you and ageod), then your pc has a virus and somebody steal your codes (maybe hacked your mail) (As you're responsible of your pc protection, usually ageod is not compelled to give you another code).
I don't think the virus is on ageod' pc, as you seem to be the sole 'doomed'.

Or worst, someone of your internet provider uses his power to steal. Who is your provider? (mine is french 'Free')

Best is Linux with antivirus and firewall.
Saying there are no virus on Linux is wrong, even they have a shorter life and usually does less harm, and are less numerous.
It is still possible for a good hacker to steal something on an unguarded Linux system, if the user is not very carefull. Antivirus and firewall (the more important) greatly help the user in being carefull.

Don't need any anti-virus with a complete free GNU/Linux system, because there is no massive virus soft in it worldwide. That's the open source global security . The only anti-virus you can install is just to check MS/windows hard drives from a GNU/Linux system...

But it is true that - like with any systems - it doesn't mean that you're protected from a targeted personnal attack. In this case, you better have to learn how to use the (already installed in most distributions) firewall software.
