With RuS I think the same could still be done, although the game itself may seem a bit 'bolshie', no? So, focus on universities, and especially those with Russian departments. Intelligent students should look a bit more than a passing glance at this game, at least I should think so.
Give it time though. It took me two years before I actually purchased WW1G.
