Obtaining Downloads of Already Purchased Games

Fri Mar 19, 2010 1:02 pm

I purchased Rise of Prussia and World War I earlier this month (March 2010). Since then, I have had to replace computers. How can I obtain the game files again? Unfortunately, I did not keep the download or invoice e-mails for each order. I have the Activation code for World War I but not for Rise of Prussia.

Thank you.

If you purchased from AGEOD website, no problem. Send us a PM message here with your name, email (to help us also track correct serial #) so we can send you a download link to replace the lost one...

If you purchase from another website, you should contact them directly. :D

Thank you for the quick reply, Monsieur Thibaut.

Yes, I purchased both games directly from the AGEOD website. Here is my information.

Let me know if you need any other information.

I acutally re-purchased the Rise of Prussia game through Steam. The game is working fine through that engine, however I notice that the version I downloaded from Steam is 1.00, not 1.01E. Have you had any luck in your discussions with Steam as to when the patches will be available through them?

Thank you again.

Hi Keith, we just sentl send you by email the links for re-download from our website. :coeurs:

At the moment, we are waiting answers from Steam as to when to publish the official patch. In the meanwhile, you can use AGEOD version and use the Beta patch published here ;)

Keith: Why purchase the same game from two sources? Is there any advantage? AGEOD games are downloadable from thier website. Don't make that mistake again. t

I had an issue where a computer crashed on me and I thought if I installed the game on Steam I would be able to recover it more quickly if I loaded it through Steam. Now I know I won't have to do that in the future because AGEOD gets back to you quickly as long as you contact them through these forums.
