Is the paper money event supposed to deplete units drastically, occur every turn and hit the same region repeatedly (within a turn)?

I just threw the towel in my current game as I've had my main army (nicely trained) dwindle away in the winter of 76/77 from over 1200 strength to maybe 400 strength (some but not much of that due to regiments disbanding). At first I though this could have been caused by weather or supply, but neither seems to be the case (army never moved from supplied NYC). Almost all my continentals in that army are now deeply in the red and probably wouldn't last another turn...

One or two other forces are in a similar state, again almost exclusively continentals...

Current design:

It should Regular Infantry elements, Trained Infantry, Dragoons, Lite Inf, Field artillery

occurs Every turn until French Alliance is declared

10% probability for each element to take 2 hits, -10 cohesion


I agree this is a bit much.
I propose change to:
Untrained Infantry only
4 times per year [payday ]
5% chance, 1 hit, -10 cohesion, max 10 attempts [elements] per turn...

Seeems a bug has crept into some of the beta WIA.exe for this type of command [ApplytoList|Probability xx was reading as Probability 100%], so if you are running beta versions, 'tis ye bugge....

We'll wait for a bugfix before changing these events

A big [color="Red"]thank you [/color]by the way, as this report led us to find this nasty bugge in RoP also, in time to fix it there! The Russians were in a state of total Panic over the failure to get paid!!!
