You definitely have the embargo clicked to go off.

That is the only explanation for the bonuses you are about to get to NM and VP.

Perhaps you clicked it last turn, it didn't go off due to the shortfall of cash, and then it stayed selected for some reason as this turn started.

(Or maybe you clicked it by accident and didn't realize it)

grr yes solowolf your right it didnt go off and it didnt unsign itself... why not!!
Just looked at my ledger at saw negative and everything was signed off.... really confusing.

Something else is also strange in your screenie - the top right menu hás only 3 buttons - there should be 4 ??

It happen sto ma also when i open the ledger or while the turn process (IIRC). But its back there when i need it ;)

Yeah, that replay button does disappear sometimes, such as when the ledger is open. It's been that way a while but doesn't cause any problem - maybe it's because that button was added so late in development?

This has happened to me before too. What I noticed was this: That's the way it appears brfore you click on the top middle button that tells the AI to do the turn. I think this started with one of the latest patches. As soon as you click the complete turn button the one that's missing will appear. ;)
