Catching up

Hello all,

I've taken a long break from this game after playing the original release a couple of times. Now I want to get back into it after patching up, and I'm wondering how much more I have to learn since the first release. How much has changed? Does each patch come with a "readme" that I can read and, patch by patch, "re-learn" the game?

A manual addenda with all the rules changes and new features included in the patches up to 1.14 (not included, so you will need to look at the readme for this last patch)
