Albany to Carillon by boat

Sun Mar 29, 2009 6:24 pm

I'm sure I've seen this mentioned a while ago, but didn't know if it was meant to have been fixed or is in fact WAD. Bateaux can go from Fort Carillon to Albany but can't go Albany to Carillon. Playing latest patch, COM MOD, FIW.
Have also just noticed the text message
"Supplies are stockpled for more bateaux"

No.
We couldn't get around a game engine limitation with portage, so the Albany-Lake George portage never got put it. :(

The 'stockpile' is wherever the battoemen recently built bateaux - they can do that again now. :)

Suppose you could think of it as OK to go downstream with rapids etc, tad more difficult going upstream :D
