The Armory sub-section?

The game manual in the Menu/Options sections makes the following reference: "The Armory sub-section of the AGEOD forum can help you decide which settings are best for you."

I've been looking but can't find it. Where is the Armory sub-section located?

Many forum have been renamed some time ago. There is no more armory.
