I'm stuck..need quick advice..

Thu Jan 15, 2009 4:08 pm

Playing army by army activation as CP and am in Military phase Nov - Dec 14. I also am playing with reaction and coordination on. I started my turn and Romania reacted and took over the turn which was pretty cool. After that the active turn came back to me which to my knowledge I have completed. I have activated every Army I can find in the CP and am ready to move on to the next phase. The move to next phase button will not allow me to do so. What do I need to do to continue? Is there any way in the game to say I am done and want to pass the turn to the opponent? This just isn't clear.
Thanks for a quick responce.

If you have the latest patch (1.05f), I have no idea really, unless you forgot to click the enact all moves button.

Alternatively, you could turn advanced mode off, hit end phase (save and reload if needed) then turn advanced mode back on. :) But do attach your savegame here please, for Calvinus.

Indeed, it isn't funny, and it isn't relevant to what is being discussed here. What was the point of that post, Tagwyn, seriously?

Well, I played your savegame and I found immediately what is missing to activations: X German Army, located in Thorn (East Prussia). :D

One tip: whenever you have similar problems, click on the I army of Germany (or France if you are playing on the side of the Entente) and check if it's activated, then hit the Enter key (browse armies), this will bring you to the II army. Do the same until you have checked all armies. Once finished with Germany (or France if you are playing on the side of the Entente), do the same with Austria-Hungary (or Russia...), and so on with all nations at war on your side (and controlled by you).

The Enter key will help you a lot.

IMHO this should be made easier to the players. Either a key combination or a automatic focus should exist to easily point the player to remaining armies waiting to be activated, etc.

This would obviate lots of problems.
