Mandatory Attacks Problem

August 1914 And I have the red mandatory attacks flags above the Austro-Hungarian stacks. When hovering over the stack the tooltip appears ok, but there's no destination for the attack :-( Help please!!

If there is no destination, just move them to enemy territory, it will suffice.
