Economic support

The economic support function does not seem to work properly (or at all!).

I tried to send economic support to Serbia (from Russia) and to Begium (from UK) but the economic slider simply won't move. I was only in First turn of Sept 1914, so am I doing something wrong (ie can I only assign Ec. support in a particular phase?) or is this a problem that needs to be eventually fixed?

Despite the need for some polishing I am enjoying this game very much and look foward to the final result once the bugs are ironed out.

I have problem with this as well, the mouse cursor is "struck"/frozen for long periods when I try to move any slider (eco, tech).
I think there is some compat problem...

I remember the economic support is executed during the Interphase. But don't worry... I will check this point as soon I will finish the most urgent jobs.
