Over the last few weeks Pocus has disabled personal messaging first, and later user messages too. I do not think that he did this because he wants us to leave him alone, but rather because answering all these private messages eats up a lot of time. I do not know how much PMs Pocus received on a normal day and how much of them were really necessary, but judging from my last view on his "user messages" display, I have no doubt that many of these PMs could have been answered by someone else but Pocus.
A little bit of responsibility should lead us to try to find out the answers for easy questions ourselves, and, if that does not work, to use the forum search before we ask a question for the umpteenth time.
A little bit of self-effacement and a little bit of trust in our fellow forum members might lead us to the insight that not every of our questions has to be answered by a member of AGEOD's core team, and therefore does not to be addressed in a PM to one of them, but in a thread in the public forum instead.
And finally a little bit of patience might help if a question is not answered immediately.
This might make life easier for all of us.
