Financial & Draft question

Mon May 12, 2008 5:49 pm

I seemed to be having some odd things happen with supplies and draft (long time until next available) so I checked these each move. In early april 61 I drafted and took out bonds, etc. In late april, I had to wait 6 turns for the next time. In late May I had to wait 4 turns (all as expected). The next turn, I had to wait 0 turns. This may be what;'s causing me problems.

This has been mentioned before. I suppose it will be fixed at some point. Meanwhile, just keep it in mind in your planning, I think. :)

In my latest game as CSA I have inflation of 16% and its not even end of June yet and there has not been a single combat casualty yet. Only Saint Louis massacre event - so only civilian casualties so far. Victory points and Morale slowly dissappearing over the horizon with all the spending. I am probably not going to worry about the NM/VP implications of when I can raise money and have drafts.

Indeed the resetting of the options in June and December confused me a little at first. Now it's just second nature.
