Color of boxes

Hi, there is something in the game that I still can't understand: what's the meaning of the color of the boxes (red, orange, red) at the bottom of a stack icon? Each box represents a unit in the stack but what about its color?

These are just quick definitions here. The wiki has further more detailed explanations, I believe.

Red is for Assualt stance which basically means an all out attack.

Orange is for Attack, this could be thought of as an attack that will react to circumstances that arise in the attack (safer than assualt stance).

Blue is for Defensive stance.

Green is basically a resupply setting, use green for severly depleted units.

Thanks but maybe I didn't explain myself right. I was talking about the tiny boxes at the bottom of the stack cards on the map and not about the stance buttons.
