Disappearing War Supplies

I just lost a lot of War Supplies after a turn from 35 down to 10 - did not purchase any reinforcemnets except militia, did not build any industry, nor did I add anything to the replacements pool! Yet my War supply is almost wiped out! As I understand it - militia dont cost war supply at all? Nor did I create any divisions. The only other actions I took were to call for the tax revenue! Is there something going on in the game that I dont know about or is this another bug? Perplexed CSA President!

I will check that out but I think I have all my squadrons at sea and like wise the runners are all out in the blockdae zones! Also the ironclads are deployed and I have not recalled them for supply! Nor did I lose any battles so the yanks have not not been taking 1000 rifles from me! Not fighting any land battles at all in January 62 - have my armies sheltering in the cities dying from epidemics of whatever!

maybe blockade effects? If Blockade level increases, less War Supply are produced...

Both Blockade boxes are showing 10% as oppossed to 20% compared to earlier months in campaign! - It seems that the feds are not upkeeping thier blockade in winter minths? Or so it looks to me! Or have I got this the wrong way round?

The lost war supplies were not lost - they went into creating new divisions, I double checked my turn moves/instructions, just forgot I created the divisons - now I space out my division creation process a bit more so that it does not swallow up so much in war supplies at end of turn! I forgot about the division costs - it was that simlpe, which is what I feel. now?
