Suggested builds

There is a 'hidden' click or hotkey that suggests what an area should build. I cannot remember what the heck it is now, so would someone be kind enought to let me know what it is?

If you hover over the box on the top right of the Balance screen (B), it shows some recommended builds and provinces. Not sure, but I think that's what you mean.

For those that also want to know here is a picture of how to do it after using the 'b' key. Not exactly a well documentated feature imho.
