Roman siege engines bug?

Strange thing has happened after I 've installed the latest patch. Roman legions do not construct siege engines any more, they construct cavalry archers instead, is it a bug?

Which game/scenario and which patch ?

The first AJE 1.02 patch had this bug, but was replaced a few hours later, maybe you have the old version ? Please redownload the 1.02 patch (http://ageoddl.telechargement.fr/3rdParty/Various/Patch_AJE_v1.02.rar), apply it again. It is not save compatible, so if you are playing a saved game it can also be a source of this bug

Thanks for quick response, that has to be it. I downloaded the patch some time ago, but haven't played the game since then.
