1.04c with ComMod -
As Brits, I've been trying to buy the Lake Champlain flotilla every turn since it became available without success. I sent Carleton south to seize Ft Ticonderoga early on, then lost Chambly to Ethan Allan. Since been regained. Is there some hidden condition unmentioned in the tooltip? Or is this simply not functioning?
