corps formations....when?

Fri Jun 05, 2009 1:48 pm

i am on the run to work and dont have time to look for a thread right now, was just wondering if there is an event that we need to wait for to form corps. i am playing as union and it is just turning 1862 in my game. i cant seem to form corps, however armies and divisions are fine.

i have had the game on the shelf for a while because i have been just too busy, however i started a new game a few nights ago and had forgotten just how good this game really is, i love it all over again!!!

* Can form Divisions in Early October, 61.

* Can form Corps in Early March, 62.

There is a Message for the latter in the Message Box - 'USA adopts Corps structure.'

If you launch a game with the 62 Campaign, which would be March, 62, you're good to go from the start. This restriction affects 61 starts only.
