saving a digital d/l

after d/l imade a copy of the game folder and burned it to a cd will this work if i have to reinstall or should i have made a copy of install instead i do this with other games so i can free up h/d space

Your CD will work, no problem. There is no limited number of install of our games.

Its much better to copy the installation file you downloaded (the .exe).
Burn this and a text file with your serial number on a CD-R (you can add the latest patch, manual or guides pdf if you want too) and you will have a perfect backup of the game.
As good as if you would have bought the CD version (except for the box :niark :)

with hps's campaign series i have 5 and copy the folder then delete the contents of the folder and when i get the urge to play a particular game i copy and paste the folder back to the original folder and don't have any problems.aacw i have the extended d/l option but boa and a few others i did not so was curious and i don't want to delete any of those games to find out naturally
