High NM + recruiting officers in the major cities + weak units being ordered

Did you use all the options available to you - Full mobilization and changing the conscript option to get the most points - costly in VP/MP etc but it might be possible for Union - not sure about Confederacy though.

Why start over? Play and learn. I think Banks is the 1st RO.

Indeed. Let your strategies run for a while to see how they turn out :)

Playing as the Union has the benefit of being more forgiving when it comes to various mistakes :niark:

Banks, Burnside, and McClernand are the RO's I can recall off the top of my head.

it really is'nt a big problem this is the best game i've ever played .it also gives me something to think about while i drive my 11 hrs.being a amatuer acw historian i try to place commanders historically i need to bring more books currently have Mcphersons battle cry of freedom which i've read 3 times and am currently reading O.Edward Cunningham's"Shiloh and the Western Campaign of 1862"i recommend it, he wrote it in 1966 and the park rangers at shiloh np have referenced it for years and it was finally published this year, unfortunatly dr.Cunningham died in 1997.very readable

Support/Artillery/ships cost just a few conscript (1/2) point.

So... If you have 2000 money :king: & WS you can pay for 160 artillery batteries :coeurs:

Click 10 times the printing option and you will have them :siffle:
