Leader bonus question

Thu Mar 13, 2008 9:51 pm

I believed leaders with independent units does not add his bonuses, just corps leaders but finally not sure so...

I Have an independent division with a second leader to achieve 4CPs... Division leader adds his bonus to the troops. If the 2nd "free" leader has more seniority (i.e. is the leader of the independent stack)... Does his stats add to the troops under his command?

In case YES... if there are 2 divisions, every "division leader" gives his bonuses to their own division troops... Does the leader in command (not assigned to a division) adds his bonuses to both divisions?

Finally... In a 2 division stack, if most seniority leader is one with a dic¡vision command, does he adds his bonuses also to all the stack again as stack leader? (so double bonus to his own division)

Coregonas,

I do not believe that a leader of an independent stack adds his stats to the units inside the stack. A corps leader, on the other hand, would add stats to his divisions.

In a two division stack, I believe that each division commander would affect only the units inside his division.

A stack leader's ratings apply to all units in the stack in combat.

If a division/brigade commander is not also the stack commander, the division/brigade commander's ratings apply to the division/brigade in combat

Ok thanks... So I conclude... There is a division with 2 leaders.

If the most seniority leader is not the division commander, the troops get both bonuses.

The other way, it could have only the own divisional leader bonus "once".

"The other way", you'll get the stack benefit from the commander, but not the divisional benefit.
