Army of Northern Virginia

Fri Feb 22, 2008 12:55 am

My question is why does the army of the Potomac not change to Army of Northern Virginia when Robert E. Lee takes command, because thats what they called it after took charge

AFAIK, you have to explicitly re-form an army to get it to change name.

The same problem exists for the Union. Forming a second army with an HQ unit will give you the Army of the Potomac.

Or taking away the army status and re-giving it. No need for a second HQ to get the game to rename to AoP, IIRC :)
