PBEM problem

Sat Dec 22, 2007 7:12 am

My opponent sent me the turn two .TRN file, but when I go to load it, it isn't there. However, if I click that little button that allows you to take over for the AI, it shows up.

I suspect I know why, (he ends the turn before he saves it, he is hosting.), but I'm not sure.

It's almost certainly an error on the host's part.
There is nothing wrong with the game (after hosting 200 PBEM turns myself).
Cheers, Chris

Hard to tell, even there is a pbm with you turn 2 file, you should see turn 1.

I suspect you put the file in a wrong location. Show us some screen shots please.

We fixed it. I think it was just the naming of the save game that was throwing it off.

He should create another subfolder within the saves-folder and put the trn-file into that.

Then it should show up in his "load games" menu (usually under the name he gave the newly created subfolder).

Regards, Henry :)
