Sporadic bug opening menu links?

Has anyone else found times when it is impossible to select some of the options under the build/operations menu? For example, this turn I can't open the Financials link nor the Objectives link, but the others work fine (such as the Loyalty link). Is this a bug limited to my current game?

Fortunately, if I end the turn and go to the next turn, things often work fine again. BTW, I'm playing PBEM 1.07a.

I can't say I've noticed any such problems on my part. Do the ledger shortcut keys work? http://ageod.nsen.ch/aacwwiki/Shortcut_keys#Ledger_shortcuts

I'd also recommend upgrading to the latest patch (1.07e), since there a small number of bugs in 1.07a that have been fixed since.
