War Plan conflict?

This may be a silly question, but I had a thought the other day:

What happens if the CP picks the historical Schlieffen Plan, and the WE picks one of the plans where they invade Luxembourg or Luxembourg/Belgium? Which side do Luxembourg and Belgium end up on?

Damn good question. Just tested it and on the basis of a single run, if Germany goes with Schlieffen and France with Plan XX , Belgium begins August allied to the Central Powers. Perhaps further testing might prove that it's random, but right now I'm concentrating very hard on not letting the Russians eat me up so I'll have to leave that 'til later..
