1.03 Plunder and Scorched Earth regional decisions question?

Sun Oct 08, 2017 4:54 pm

Hi again,

Early Dec 1643 playing Royalist. Hopton is low in supplies while besieging Plymouth. I'm would like to play either Plunder or Scorched Earth but neither is available. Tool tip says Royalist have 95% Military Control. Should I be able to play these decisions to get supplies?

The text is not correct and the tooltip in the RGD misses the info you need. That RGD can only be played on non pillaged regions. Once you play it the regions turns to pillaged state.
Added for next patch.

Thanks Leibst... I was unaware that the region (Plymouth) is pillaged.

If that is case the RGD tool tip is ok but pillaged is not showing on the map...

Thanks again!

I see where I went wrong...

I checked more of the map and the 'smoking' Pillaged symbol does not display in a region with a town. The area tool tip gives the information. Perhaps this is a design decision and WAD? In the linked image Boston, Lincoln, Doncaster, Wakefield, Selby and Howden are all pillaged. (Doncaster and Howden display the smoking icon)

Thanks again Leibst.

Take a look to the flags of the cities of Selby and Hull
Selby is pillaged, the flag is ragged. Hull is not and the flag is in good condition.
