Is there a database available that would include the entry date and stats for each general in the game?

I think what JBE is talking about are these two PDF:

They are not 100% up-to-date, but as far as prominent leaders go, I believe it is.

In the archived CW2 Dbase, the files for leader arrivals are:

CW2_inc_USA_LeaderEvents_v1d

CW2_inc_CSA_LeaderEvents_v1e

This file gives all leader stats:

CW2_DB_Models_v9s

Yes, but not all leaders are generated through those files.

You can also simply look at the games event files. No need to download the spreadsheets.
