Dick Robinson?

Does the Dick Robinson event mean I as the USA invaded Kentuck?

I just find myself confused about Kentucky and the events surrounding its neutrality.

I think the event just adds some Union units in Louisville.

ah ok it does seem that way. If i move any of my own units there from outside that is invasion? What if i build militia and other units in KY, is that invasion as well?

You have to actually attack the Confederate's. Moving units into your own Union cities doesn't trigger the invasion. Usually though it is a moot point because in every game that I have played the South always invades first.

Building KY units won't trigger an invasion. However be careful when ordering new units in the beginning of a campaign because they might get stuck in a city that is about to be attacked.

Cool, thanks for the help. Funny to see that my units cant tramp all through the state so long as we don't start a fight. Gotta love those loopholes.
